Darsena 3000

Giving a new face, through the levers of culture and creativity, to an area of Genoa rich in resources and potential: the Darsena, a place of passage and connection between the Old Port and the multi-ethnic Sestiere of Prè.

This is the central objective of Darsena 3000, a multi-year development project started at the end of 2023.

The project promotes the use and development of the Darsena urban area, activating a permanent and attractive creative district on a cultural, social and economic level.

Consultancy and targeted actions have been launched for the digital and ecological transition of the realities operating in the area - such as the supply of electricity compensated 100% by renewable sources -, light street furniture interventions for a better usability of the spaces, and entertainment and dissemination activities that are mostly open and free: talks, tastings, DJ sets and hybrid formats.

Darsena 3000 is realised and coordinated by Forevergreen together with a network of territorial, strategic and also international partners who share its objectives, values and development path. The project is supported by the Ministry of Culture - Contemporary Creativity Directorate and financed by the European Union - Next Generation EU and Duferco Energia.
