CC - Hub

CC-HUB is Culture City Hub, a cultural innovation and audience development project conducted by Forevergreen with and for Palazzo Ducale Fondazione per la Cultura.

The aim of the project, in addition to the introduction of processes and services based on digital tools, was to foster the birth and consolidation of a cultural hub around the city's historic institution, involving young audiences and local organisations and associations.

Together with the Doge's Palace, territorial alliances were developed to enhance cultural and other resources and to create new opportunities for the public (with a focus on the 18-30 age group) to participate in the city's cultural life.

How? By deploying a set of complementary actions: by bringing the institution closer to innovative approaches in the cultural sphere; by introducing CRM software to improve the management of relations with the public and stakeholders; by devising and organising initiatives and new formats aimed in particular at the young target audience; by aiming to create and consolidate a network of relations with other bodies in the cultural sector and with the entrepreneurial fabric of the territory.
