Genova entra ufficialmente nella rete europea Reset!

Il Comune di Genova ha approvato l’adesione alla rete Reset! sostenuta dal programma Creative Europe, che riunisce oltre 140 organizzazioni culturali e mediatiche indipendenti in 33 Paesi europei, tra cui Forevergreen, attiva sul territorio italiano e presente all’interno del Comitato Esecutivo della rete attraverso il suo Presidente, Alessandro Mazzone.

Questa adesione nasce da un percorso di confronto e dialogo avviato nei mesi precedenti, che il 13 novembre 2025 ha trovato un momento di incontro a Palazzo Ducale con la giornata “Designing Together: What new alliances shape the world?”, a cura di Forevergreen di Genova, Flumi AC di Torino e Parsec di Bologna.

L’incontro ha messo attorno allo stesso tavolo spazi culturali indipendenti, creativi, progettisti e amministrazioni di Genova, Torino e Bologna, per ragionare insieme su nuove forme di collaborazione tra territori, istituzioni e comunità culturali.

Durante la giornata è stato presentato il network europeo Reset! e si sono alternati interventi di curatori, ricercatori e operatori culturali delle realtà coinvolte nel progetto. Il keynote speech di Bertram Niessen (presidente e direttore scientifico di cheFare) ha introdotto i temi della cultura collaborativa e del rapporto tra territori, istituzioni e comunità culturali indipendenti.

Claudia Zampella (design researcher e facilitatrice) e Ludovica Michelin (presidente di Flumi AC) hanno tenuto un un workshop di policy worldbuilding, invitando i gruppi di lavoro a immaginare scenari futuri e modelli di governance collaborativa, attraverso l’esercizio di progettazione speculativa della città immaginaria “BOGETO” (Bologna, Genova, Torino).

I lavori si sono conclusi con una restituzione pubblica e un momento di networking, accompagnato dal dj set di DJ Mabel, sonorità afrohouse e R&B del roster di Noox Worldwide.

Come racconta cheFare nel suo articolo, la giornata è stata «un evento che, oltre a un workshop, è stato un vero e proprio esperimento di connessione profonda tra tre città, Genova, Torino e Bologna, unite dalla volontà di ridefinire il concetto di alleanza civica e culturale». Un’esperienza che ha contribuito a rafforzare relazioni, visioni e strumenti condivisi all’interno del percorso di Reset!, favorendo un dialogo continuativo tra livello locale ed europeo.

Genoa officially joins the European network Reset!

The Municipality of Genoa has approved its memberhip in the European network Reset!, supported by the Creative Europe programme, witch brings together more than 140 independent cultural and media organisations across 33 European countries. Among them is Forevergreen, active in Italy and represented on the network’s Executive Committee through its President, Alessandro Mazzone.

This decision is the result of a process of discussion and exchange developed over the previous months, and brought together on November 13, 2025 at Palazzo Ducale with the event “Designing Together: What new alliances shape the world?”, curated by Forevergreen (Genoa), Flumi AC (Turin), and Parsec (Bologna).

The event brought together independent cultural spaces, creatives, designers, and local administrations from Genoa, Turin, and Bologna, creating a shared space to reflect on new forms of collaboration between territories, institutions, and cultural communities.

During the day, the European network Reset! was presented, alongside talks by curators, researchers, and cultural workers involved in the project. The keynote by Bertram Niessen, president and scientific director of cheFare, introduced themes related to collaborative culture and the relationship between territories, institutions, and independent cultural communities.

In the afternoon, Claudia Zampella, design researcher and facilitator, together with Ludovica Michelin, president of Flumi AC, led a policy worldbuilding workshop. Participants were invited to imagine future scenarios and shared governance models through a speculative exercise based on the fictional city of “BOGETO” (Bologna, Genoa, Turin).

The day ended with a public feedback session and an informal networking moment, accompanied by a dj set by DJ Mabel, blending afrohouse and R&B sound by Noox Worldwide.

As cheFare reported in its online article, the day was «an event that, beyond being a workshop, became a true experiment in deep connection between three cities, Genoa, Turin, and Bologna, united by the desire to redefine the concept of civic and cultural alliance». An experience that helped strengthen shared relationships, visions, and tools within the Reset! process, fostering ongoing dialogue between the local and European levels.
